How long will it take for my order to ship?

All ready to ship products will ship out within 5-7 business days. Tracking information will be sent via the email address provided with your order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Any shipping or email addresses that come back as invalid will be refunded.

 

What material are the satin bonnets made with?

All VT bonnets are made with high quality satin.

 

How will I know if a Ready to Wear unit will fit my head properly?

 Please be sure to read the description for sizing details to ensure the unit will be compatible with your head size. If you are unsure of the circumference of your head, please measure prior to ordering. All hair and wig unit sales are final and no refunds will be honored.

 

How much hair is required for a full install?

 Three bundles is the standard recommendation for a full install or construction of a wig unit. If you’re looking to use the extensions for a shorter style such as a bob, we’d recommend two bundles.

 

What’s the standard turnaround time to complete a custom order?

 All custom orders require a 10-14 business day processing time and an additional 5-7 days for shipping depending on your location. Please note that holidays and weekends are excluded. All tracking information will be sent via email.

Refunds and Exchanges 

Due to the nature of VT products, there will be no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. If there is a discrepancy with your order, please send an email to info@vivacioustresses.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will try our best to accommodate your concerns and requests within reason. 

 

Shipping

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your shipping address is correctly entered and includes all required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. Vivacious Tresses does not take responsibility for lost/stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
